Kecilkan api.<br />Pecahkan telur ke dalam santan dan kocak sikit dengan garfu. Tuang ke dalam periuk berisi larutan agar-agar tadi dan kacau sebati dan masak hingga mendidih (beware!! atas api perlahan tau!) Setelah mendidih, tutup api.<br />Bahagi larutan agar-agar kepada 2 bahagian dan masukkan ke dalam bekas yang berlainan. Masukkan sirap rose pada satu bahagian dan perisa pandan pada satu bahagian lagi. Kacau sebati dan biarkan ia mengeras. Kalau nak puding cepat mengeras, masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk.<br />Setelah keras, potong agar-agar menjadi kiub-kiub kecil dan masukkan kesemua potongan itu ke dalam satu bekas lain yang lebih besar.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold; ">Bahan-bahan B </span><br />1/2 paket serbuk agar-agar (lebihan dari paket agar2 di atas tadi, dlm 2 sudu kecil juga)<br />500 ml air<br />1/4 cawan gula<br />50 gm gula melaka 1 helai daun pandan (disimpulkan)<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold; ">Cara Bahan B</span><br />Masukkan daun pandan ke dalam periuk bersama serbuk agar-agar, gula melaka, gula pasir dan air ke dalam periuk. Masukkan gula dan putar selama 4 minit pada kelajuan sederhana. Masukkan pewarna kuning dan minuman yogurt mangga sedikit demi sedikit. Putar lagi 3 minit.</li><li>Tambah yogurt mangga dan juga bahan "C" sedikit demi sedikit, gaul rata. Tuang minyak jagung dan gaul hingga sebati. Tuang dalam bekas pilihan yang telah disapu mentega.</li><li>Bakar yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 175C selama 30 - 35 minit atau hingga masak. Divide the dough into 10 portion and mould into balls.<br />7. Coat the balls with margarine so that they won't stick to each other. Leave to rest for not less than 2 hours.<br />8. Sediakan loyang chiffon 22/24 cm (loose pan). Tak perlu dilenser dan dialas.</li><li>Whisk gula dan kuning telor hingga sebati.<br /></li><li>Dalam mangkuk lain, campurkan tepung, susu tepung, tepung jagung dan baking powder yang telah diayak 3 kali.<br /></li><li>Ruangkan ditengahnya dan tuang campuran kuning telor dan gula tadi, santan serta minyak. Kacau dari bahagian tengah ke tepi mangkuk hingga sebati dan mendapat adunan yang lembut. Jgn msk terlalu lama..nnt pahit. alihkan dr api dan tuang ke dalam loyang rata2.
